Tuesday, June 25, 2013

Hi everybody!! First of all, Thank you from the bottom of my heart :)
I am so grateful and blessed to having your supports and love.

This Round 5 Challenge is to make four color-coordinated cards in four different styles!
I think it's very challenging!! When the topic is announce, my head is always brain storming, after always thinking about it, I came out with this:

My Favorite colors is Turquoise, and then I combine it with pink, white and black

For this card, I choose the style of classy and elegant. I cut the flowers using Silhouette, you can find it at Floral Spring by HERO ARTS. I cut the image using American Crafts and Stampin Up cardstock.
For the sentiment I'm using HERO ARTS sentiment and white embossing it.
Background paper from heidi swap paper, and I add some ribbon behind the sentiment.

My second card is for Clean and Graphic Style. For the background I'm using my sihouette again. It is arrow borders by Hero Arts and the sentiment from say cheese phrase by Lori Whitlock
The camera is from Die cut cardstock shapes from Amy Tangerine.
The turquise strip I use HERO ARTS background S5654 and cut it.

I'm use Shabby and Vintage style for my third card. I stamp the image from K5540 Spring Dream HERO Arts stamp. Make the background using Hero Art background K5344 La Letter. I sew manually the paper :) and then white embossing the sentiment CL574 Hero Arts, add ribbon, flower, twine and pearls.

I'm using free style collage style for my last card. K&Company Kelly Panacy Die Cut cardstock for the embelishment, cut the heart shape and sentiment XOXO using Silhouette, adhere paper, clips, stickers and sequins in the card.

So this is my last cards for Gallery Idol contest 2013. I'm so happy, honored and thrilled...because I can meet  many amazing designers in the top 20. Their works is amazing and I adore them all.

Hi everyone :) First I want to say thank you for your votes. I'm really grateful from the bottom of my heart. I can't do it without all of your supports!!

This Round 4, the theme is "Use 10 Embelishment", I make my card with the help of my Silhouette Cameo. I really love it!! You can design everything that you can imagine with Silhouette.
I'm thinking arrangement of flowers, because with different flowers, you can still make one beautiful arrangement. I want to add little movement in my card too.
So I go to http://www.silhouetteonlinestore.com and pick Amy Tan Flower American Crafts, you can check it HERE
For the sentiment I use Love Always by Karla Dudley, you can check it HERE

First I design my card. I cut part of flowers design and LOVE sentiment on negative space.
Then I cut the flowers in White Neenah Paper, colored the flowers with COPIC. I choose to colored it because I can pick my own colors. Copic colors that I used is Y11, Y19, RV10, RV14, YG11,BG13, BG32, T0

I also color the background for the negative space with copic. Then  I adhere all the flowers to card, add embelishments like enamel dots, gems, pearls and my card is finished!!
